Proven Investments Limited has advised the Jamaica, Stock Exchange that, due to unforeseen challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a delay in the submission of its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2020.

The challenges of the pandemic have regrettably resulted in the delay of the completion of the statements due to:

• Work from home orders from the authorities in all the jurisdictions of Proven and its subsidiaries affecting team members and the external auditors alike.

• Delay in the receipt of audited financial statements from Associated entities who has also been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis whose results form a material part of Proven’s financial statements.

The Company anticipates the submission of its audited financial statement on or before July 3, 2020, in keeping with the extension given by the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
