Our Business Consulting team works with our customers to prepare their investment plans and underlying business case to ensure successful presentation at interested funds.
Our Investment Banking team works with a wide network of Banks, Investment funds and family office in the LATAM & Caribbean region, Europe and the US, to give our clients access to the required capital at most favorable conditions.
We are a small and highly effective team, with collaborators in most LATAM countries. Our lean structure allows us to provide our customers a personal service at excellent conditions.
Our business of interest is the need of capital of private sector entities. Entities require to be well established, and in good business and financial health. The capital need needs to be at least 2 M US$. Purpose can vary from financing projects, growth, production, exports to restructuring existing debt.
Our process starts with a case intake process where we gather all documentation and information required. Next step is an in-depth analysis of the case by a credit analyst. After addressing any case weaknesses discovered we will prepare our presentation of the case, and present this to our network. Offers received we will present to our customer for his/her selection and sign off.
Our Business Consulting team charges on basis of type of services required and duration of the project.
For our Investment Banking services we charge a fee for case intake, analysis and presentation. The fee depends on size and complexity of the case. Further we charge a % over the capital once approved and put at disposition of our clients.
